Outkast – Stankonia is one of the first albums I can remember owning. I'd play B.O.B., So Fresh So Clean and so many more on repeat.
Matthias Vogt – The Nine-O-Nineties (Original Mix). This one just bangs, I fell in love immediately upon hearing it. It’s something about the breakdown around 01:35. Many chills when that choir starts playing!
Art Gsus – EQUILIBRIST LP. While digging through Bandcamp's Hypnotic Techno section this album popped up and it stood out, because the cover has someone on a skateboard + the name EQUILIBRIST, it really piqued my interest and I'm glad I got to listen to it. It's rhythmic patterns throughout each song are not your traditional style which I admire and I recommend taking a listen.
DJ Tatana - Spring Breeze (Original Mix). This is my favourite song of all time! In my teen years I'd drive from state to state with this song on repeat! This song always gives me chills and even sometimes makes my eyes water. I feel like this song has made me into the producer I am as well. I reference this song when I’m trying to think of how to add progression into a track as well.
Kammarheit – At The Heart Of Destruction. I listen to this album all the time especially while coding for game development. I'd put this on and code all day long. I've actually fallen asleep with this playing several times too. One thing I absolutely love about Kammarheit is their ability to create some of the darkest meditative ambient music I've ever heard while also maintaining rhythm. The first few hours I heard this I knew it would rank high on my favourite albums of all-time list.
Also SHXCXCHCXSH – Linear S Decoded. For reasons unknown this particular album resonates with me so well. It feels familiar but I don't actually know the artists like that. It's like before I first listened to this album I actually 'heard' it many times in the past. It's such a mysterious nostalgic feeling.
Ozric Tentacles – Paper Monkeys. Ozric Tentacles are extremely underrated and I've always loved the way they their space/psychedelic rock sounds. It reminds me of being in an arcade as a child playing space and rail shooters that had the light guns! Another thing that comes to mind is it reminds me of that game Microsoft 3D Pinball: Space Cadet that used to come preinstalled on older windows computers and you’d get to play it in high school, LOL.
